Five decisions before day one.

Starting is not a leap. It is five ordinary decisions, each with a published page behind it, plus one free conversation that removes the guesswork.

The run-up

The order that keeps surprises out.

  1. 01

    Decide the direction

Two questions narrow it fast. Which language, if the goal is language? Which programme, if the goal is a trade or a service route? Browse the study areas first, because the answer decides everything below it.

  2. 02

    Sit the placement check

Forty-five minutes, no charge, before any money moves. It picks the level you actually start at, which protects you from twelve weeks of boredom and twelve weeks of panic in equal measure.

  3. 03

Choose the intake and the mode

January, May, and September, each closing four weeks before it opens. Then pick how you study: on campus, online, or off-campus. Same programme, same assessment, different room.

  4. 04

Sort the money in the right order

Application fee with the form, confirmation deposit when you accept an offer, and the level fee on the schedule admissions sends with that offer. Everything below is published; nothing has to be discovered the hard way.

  5. 05

    Send the Student Applicant form

One form, filled once. Short courses skip this entirely and start from the LMS instead.

The money part

Four amounts, all of them published.

Application fee KSh 2,500
Sent with the form, once per application.
Confirmation deposit KSh 5,000
Paid when you accept an offered place. It holds your seat.
Language level KSh 42,000
Charged one CEFR level at a time, every level the same price.
Professional programme Confirm with admissions
Fees for professional routes are quoted directly, never guessed.

Whole-programme totals are not quoted anywhere on this site. One level, one price, one decision at a time. See the reasoning →

The two routes in

Full programmes

The Student Applicant form

Language and professional programmes, taken for a fee, a level, and an assessment. This is the route the five steps above describe end to end.

Short courses

Straight to the LMS

Topic-first learning with no placement check and no intake window. Self-enrol, start when the material opens, and keep the form out of it entirely.

Admissions answers placement and programme questions every day. Bring the goal, not the research.
