Registration is simple. Choose your course, submit your admission requirements, set your timetable and begin classes.

How Admissions Work

Simple, guided and learner-friendly.

KIFLAPS Kawangware admissions office guides learners through course selection, level placement, registration, timetable planning and class commencement.

Intakes are done every month. Training follows a regular timetable and can be conducted online or physically. Classes can also be conducted any day, including weekends, depending on availability.

Registration Process

Follow these steps to register.

After registration and timetable setup, learners may start classes immediately.

Fill the registration form

Complete the online registration form through the KIFLAPS registration page.

Submit admission requirements

Provide the required identification, academic documents and passport photos.

Pay registration fee

Pay KSh 1,000 for Kenyans or KSh 2,000 for non-Kenyans.

Trainer assignment

You are assigned to an available trainer according to your course and preference.

Set your timetable

Agree on a suitable class timetable with the trainer and admissions office.

Pay tuition and begin

Pay at least one month’s tuition fees and start your classes immediately.

Admission Requirements Checklist

  • Filled admission form
  • Copy of National ID, Passport or Birth Certificate
  • Copy of Form 4 Certificate or most recent academic certificate
  • Two passport-size photos
  • Registration fee: KSh 1,000 for Kenyans
  • Registration fee: KSh 2,000 for non-Kenyans

Morning Classes

Classes can be conducted on weekends depending on availability.

Private Classes

Personalized classes are available at KSh 1,500 per hour.

Corporate Classes

Group training is available for companies and organizations.
